Within the medical device industry, Samantha Johnson has worked in new product development, product launch, product ideation, and quality testing. Critically, while working at the Perkins School for Blind, Johnson learned how to develop custom designs for people with disabilities. She founded Tatum Robotics in 2021, and in that role she works on the hardware development team and establishes partnerships with technical collaborators and DeafBlind (DB) community groups. Johnson holds a MS in Bioengineering from Northeastern University.
