David Fogel is the Director of Business Development at Bal Seal Engineering, Inc. For more than 15 years, he has worked with medical device designers and manufacturers to break down performance barriers and advance healthcare technology through the use of custom sealing, connecting, conducting and EMI shielding components. Fogel holds an MBA from Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, and a BA in biology from Colby College. His experience includes undergraduate work in Harvard Medical School’s department of neurology, as well as a key management position at a Fortune 500 life sciences company.
