Important Announcement Regarding Coronavirus

Updated 7/15/2020

WTWH Media has been closely monitoring Covid-19 information posted by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health, and abiding by their recommendations.

In light of evolving updates and concerns around the Coronavirus, and in consultation with numerous Healthcare Robotics Engineering Forum sponsors, partners and speakers, WTWH Media has made the difficult decision to postpone the Healthcare Robotics Engineering Forum until 2021.

It has always been the aim of WTWH Media to deliver a world class Healthcare Robotics Engineering Forum event each year that exceeds the expectations of everyone involved. At this time there is simply too much uncertainty regarding the Covid-19 pandemic to produce, market and safely run the high-quality Healthcare Robotics Engineering Forum you would expect from WTWH Media.

We recognize the public health concerns surrounding Coronavirus (Covid-19). You can be confident that we are monitoring the situation very closely, including the latest information and guidance posted by government and healthcare authorities, and abiding by their recommendations.

RoboBusiness 2020

We are looking forward to welcoming you to the upcoming Healthcare Robotics Engineering Forum, taking place September 24-25, 2020 at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, MA. Please be assured that our first priority is to take the necessary steps to ensure the health and safety of our event sponsors, speakers, partners and attendees, as well as that of our event operations team members.

We remain in constant contact with our exhibitors, sponsors, partners, and speakers. Should there be any changes to the current status, we will notify all parties, including Healthcare Robotics Engineering Forum attendees and any others as appropriate, of any changes or updates.

Hynes Convention Center

The Hynes Convention Center is also closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation carefully. Our event operations team is reviewing the existing emergency operations plans for the venue, and monitoring announcements from the local public health department. The Hynes Convention Center itself has enacted a number of safety measures to ensure the safety of our attendees, speakers and exhibitors including:

  • Increased disinfection schedule of door handles and push bars across the facilities
  • Free standing hand sanitizer units in all public pass through areas
  • Individual hand sanitizer units in various locations across the facility
  • System of spray and disinfectant application at facilities after business hours

Health, Safety and Wellbeing

While we wish we could say we will continue to operate as “business as usual”, the Coronavirus outbreak obliges us to be even more diligent, conscientious, and responsive in our event planning. What remains unchanging is our foremost priority, and our guarantee – we will do our upmost to ensure the health, safety and wellbeing of the Healthcare Robotics Engineering Forum exhibitors, speakers, partners and attendees, along with WTWH Media’s event operations team.

Thank you for your patience during this unique period of time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly.

Best,
Dan
